It also has a compact two-person lift inside the house to comfortably access the balcony area.
This stay is best suited for solo travelers or a single travelling group who value safety, cleanliness, quiet surroundings, and a dignified guest–host relationship.

- Two additional people can comfortably sleep on the floor
- Minimal extra bedding will be provided
- Maximum occupancy: 5 guests
- Room rent remains the same for up to five guests
- Current tariffs are introductory and may be revised later based on cost analysis

However, several veg and non-veg restaurants are available on the highway within 4 km, suitable for early breakfast and lunch.

RULES & REGULATIONS (MANDATORY)
House Rules
- Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the house compound
- Wet and dry waste must be disposed only in designated bins
- Electronic and medical waste must be packed properly
- The room is inside the home with a common front door, managed by the host
- Guests may not enter other rooms or private spaces without permission
- Low volume to be maintained while playing music or videos
- Loud noise is discouraged — this is a purely residential area
Admission & Security
- Right of admission rests solely with the owner
- Booking is confirmed only after verification of guest credentials
- Original ID cards are mandatory for all guests
- Guests without valid original ID will not be permitted to stay
- Any impersonation will be reported to authorities immediately
Legal Compliance
- Guests must not engage in any unlawful activity
- Guests are solely responsible for any legal consequences
- Any rule violation or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without notice

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 24 hours before check-in
- Cancellation within 24 hours:
